The Dismiss Assistance service helps customers manage accessibility issues flagged in Siteimprove by executing bulk dismissals or offering expert guidance on using the Dismiss feature. This service is ideal for organizations looking to streamline issue management across multiple sites.

What’s Included

You may choose one of the following per request:

  • Bulk Dismissal Execution

    • Up to 20 sites adjusted per request
    • One bulk dismissal per site
    • Issues dismissed based on customer-specified criteria
  • Q&A Meeting Support

    • One 30-minute meeting or call
    • Guidance on how to use the Dismiss feature
    • Answers to pre-submitted questions

What We Need From You

For Bulk Dismissal:

For Q&A Meeting:

  • List of questions to be addressed during the call (submitted in advance)

Limits

  • One request may include up to 20 sites
  • Only one bulk dismissal per site per request
  • Only one 30-minute Q&A session per request
